Do you teach welding, carpentry, or EMS at a Minnesota high school? Are you interested in offering these courses for Concurrent Enrollment/College Credit but don’t currently meet the Minnesota State recency requirements for credentialing?
Dakota County Technical College, Inver Hills Community College, and Lake Superior College are seeking high school teachers to participate in this recency pilot in order to increase on-ramps to college for a broader range of high school students into CTE programs.
The pilot currently includes high school teachers in:
- Welding
- Carpentry
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Are you interested in learning more? Please complete the survey here: CTE Pilot Survey – Instructor Outreach
We will also be in attendance at the CTE Works Conference in Minneapolis on November 12th and 13th.
Looking forward to connecting with you!
